About
I am a UX designer and accessibility lead at JPMorgan Chase, where I guide accessibility strategy and design governance for the Global Private Bank Design team of more than 90 designers. My work bridges compliance, innovation, and empathy by embedding inclusive practices into design experiences that are not only compliant but also transformative.
My design practice is grounded in empathy and research, but also in aesthetics and storytelling. I am drawn to the way environment shapes behavior and how design can drive not only usability but also emotion and behavior.
When I am not designing, I am often wandering museums and galleries. I love capturing moments and details, the way others might collect objects.
